I started Northwoods Call Company because local trades lose work the same way over and over: the phone rings while you're under a sink, on a roof, or asleep at 11 PM. It goes to voicemail, and the customer calls the next name on the list.

Where I come from

I spent 13 years in print manufacturing, running bindery and saddle-stitch lines at Quad Graphics, Mittera, and Schumann Printers. That work teaches you one thing fast: equipment has to run right every shift, and downtime costs real money. I build Northwoods the same way. It has to work at 2 AM on a Sunday, not just during a demo.

Now I engineer solutions. I design and build the system behind every call, from how the phone gets answered to how the ticket lands in your inbox, and I keep tuning it after it's live.
