Information from calls we answer for our clients: caller name, callback number, service address, the service requested, preferred appointment time, and call recordings or transcripts.
Technical information: basic website data such as browser type, pages visited, and IP address.
How we use information
We use information to respond to your inquiry, set up demos, provide our services, book and confirm appointments, send follow-ups you requested, deliver call details to the business you called, improve service quality, and meet legal obligations.
SMS and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information
We do not sell personal information. Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No system is completely secure.
